How many hours can the youth work and how much are they paid?
Each youth has the opportunity to work 20-25 hours a week during the summer program and 10-15 hours per week during the school year program, earning the current New Castle County employee minimum wage of $12.50 per hour.
Is there a screening process to ensure the youth are ready for work?
