Make, Learn, Do at the Route 9 Library & Innovation Center! Bridging community through innovation, the Route 9 Library & Innovation Center offers an outstanding array of services and spaces. Like our other New Castle County libraries, Route 9 offers access to the Delaware Library Catalog, public computers with printing access, meeting rooms, and a number of study rooms. Route 9 has unique areas including a Maker Lab, STEM room, Sensory room, Bookatarium, Scriptorium, Black Box and Eatery.
