Emergency Broadcast Radio Stations (EBRS) / Local Emergency Alert System (EAS) is a way for citizens to be informed of an emergency or disaster in their area. Messages are broadcast through radio and some cable TV networks. Radio stations that broadcast EAS notifications in New Castle County include:

  • WDSD 94.7 FM Primary alternate
  • WTMC 1380 AM and 98.5 FM (DELDOT Radio broadcast)
