Investigation Details: On Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014 at approximately 7:09 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the area of 3115 New Castle Ave in New Castle Delaware. The victim was discovered lying on the ground and was pronounced dead as a result of a gunshot wound.
