Virtual Meetings and Public Hearings - Land Use
Information Regarding Virtual Meetings and Public Hearings:
In accordance with 29 Del. C. Section 10006A, Public Hearings will be held as virtual meetings utilizing Zoom Webinar. The appropriate weblink, call-in number(s) and webinar ID number for all hearings may be found approximately two (2) business days prior to the scheduled hearing date at the top of the appropriate meeting *agenda.
*NOTE: Up-to-date public hearing agendas are available in our Agenda Center and at each Board’s webpage listed on the left.
Attending/Participating in a Virtual Public Meeting:
Those wishing to speak on a particular agenda item will be provided an opportunity to make comments in real time as administered by a meeting moderator. This will ensure that everyone has an opportunity to comment within the allowable time limits. Please also see the links below for assistance with participation in a Zoom meeting.

Note for Applicants only:
Applicants must submit presentation materials electronically to the Department of Land Use no less than five (5) business days prior to any scheduled public hearing.
For all pubic hearings/meetings:
Individuals needing reasonable accommodations according to the Americans with Disabilities Act, please call (302) 395-5400 (DRS, 1-800-232-5460) at least (5) business days before the meeting/hearing.
How to Find Information on Board Applications
When applications for business to be considered by New Castle County Department of Land Use Boards are received, they are assigned an Application or "Project Number" applicable to each specific board. Additional documents appropriate for public viewing are then uploaded as received by the Department of Land Use to be accessible online through our Project Search webpage. Note: the search function for Board applications is limited to the Project Number or Project Name.
Alternatively, any active Project or Application may also be located by address or parcel number, if applicable, through our Parcel Search webpage.
