Gentle and restorative yoga designed to wake up the body, clear the mind and prepare for the day or calm the body and mind, promoting healing and wellbeing. Give ourselves the gift of calm and quiet in the body and mind while having fun during this season of giving. Engage in fun and whimsical standing and poses on the floor for 30 minutes including a brief meditation. Your instructor, Maryann Quinn, has been in the fitness industry since 1995 teaching a variety of formats. In addition to being a RYT200, she is a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist and currently works with individuals and small groups in the live and virtual worlds. She stays current with fitness trends through continuing education and outreach programs and believes that the mind/body connection is at the heart of fitness and wellness. It is this fundamental connection that allows the promotion of health, wellness and change in each individual.
