Utility permits that do not require a plan review can be applied for using the Dynamic Portal that may be found under the Online Utility Permits section of our Online Services page. 

*Note: Electrical permitting and inspections are handled through the State of Delaware. For questions regarding electrical requirements, please call 302-739-4522 or your licensed electrician.
