    Tiny Trails at Rockwood Park Come and enjoy all the different treasures ofRockwood! Tiny Trails is an informal class for toddlers to explore the most popular themes of this unique park and museum. Always changing, this program will celebrate kids’ literature, costume, gardening, animals, architecture, the arts, and much more. All materials are included. Rain or shine event. Ages 1-5. Masks required inside.

    The Trail Ends Here! At Rockwood Park Each month, Rockwood partners with the BrandywineHundred Library to foster reading and charge imaginations through TRAIL TALES, putting books in nature. On two Saturdays a month, museum staff and volunteers read this featured book or another popular title and follow it up with a related activity or craft. All materials are included. Rain or shine event. Masks required inside. Ages 5+.

    Watercolor Kids: The Arts Inside at Rockwood Kids of all experience levels will come to insideRockwood Museum to study form, color, and light/shadow through still life compositions in graphite and watercolor. Children will be encouraged to paint fun, themed displays of found objects from multiple angles. Then the kids will discuss artworks from the museum’s permanent collection for examples of these lessons. Masks required. Ages 6-12

    Rockwood Family Hug Your Heart Yoga Rockwood Park & Museum is beginning yoga sessions for children and families with instructor MaryAnne Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered, and active. Kids can practice with a guardian present or the entire family can practice together. Locations within Rockwood structures may vary. Bring a mat, towel, water, and blocks if desired. All ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. Masks required.
