Substance Use Disorder

New Castle County partnered with Kent and Sussex Counties in 2022 to commission a Delaware Substance Use Disorder Treatment System Needs Assessment.  

The Health Management Associates Institute on Addiction conducted this Needs Assessment and published this report.  On September 8, 2022, HMA shared the results via these presentation slides on a public zoom meeting.
