    Pump and Trot Trail & Attitude of Gratitude Trail Looking for an opportunity to work of those extra calories you enjoyed during your Thanksgiving feast? Check out the Pump and Trot Trail at Rockwood. It will provide an opportunity for participants to walk and work out along the paved and lit path beginning in the lower parking lot near the pond. Feel free to bring along your own pair of hand-held weights for the pumping up parts of the trail. If you would prefer a more meditative type of walk check out the Attitude of Gratitude Trail Tale where participants can check out signs that provide opportunities to reflect and count their blessings. The Attitude of Gratitude Trail will begin at the end of the Pump and Trot Trail and continue along the lit, paved path.

    VIRTUAL FIBER ARTS We will explore the many ways of creating art with different fibers. Students will make small weaving, sewing and embroidery projects. Open to all levels. Students will receive a list of materials they are asked to purchase on their own prior to the start of class. This course has an additional $30 materials fee that is collected at registration. Ages: 16+. Zoom meeting invitation and material list will be sent out after registration. Weekly Projects: Sharpie bags/flags Weaving Embroidered Motto's Needle felt painting

    Tai Chi with Winston, Virtual Senior Program with Absalom Jones Senior Center Winston Gacutan guides you through this ancient form of exercise combining meditation with gentle flexible movements. Material needed: A stable chair without rollers. New Castle County's Virtual Senior Programs with Absalom Jones Senior Center is presented in part with a grant from Delaware Health and Social Services and the Delaware Aging Services COVID-19 Response Virtual Social Activities Program
