New Castle County is not able to create your Public Safety Profile for you.
Part of the integrity of the system lies in the fact that we cannot access your information unless you dial 9-1-1 from one of the phone numbers you register with 9-1-1 yourself. The registration process also involves you verifying that you indeed own the phone number you're attempting to register.
There are a few options for those residents that don't own a computer:
- Contact a family member and use their computer to create your profile. You might even find they also see the value in signing up, which could save their life some day.
- Ask a neighbor for help.
