Demolition permit to demolish a Folk Victorian Style dwelling determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and known as the J. Houston House, constructed ca. 1880. S Zoning. CD 12.

*App. 2019-054-S: 2203 Audubon Trail. (Northeast side of Audubon Trail and southwest side of W Palladio Place, north of the intersection with Mondrian Lane.) (TP 13-008.34-010.) St. Georges Hundred. Exploratory Minor Subdivision Plan for Bayberry North subdivision. Changes include proposal to subdivide Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C to add 4 single-family detached lots along W Palladio Place, extinguish lot lone between Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C and consolidate all remaining area into private open space, indicate existing structures to be removed on Lot 757, increase the total number of lots from 951 to 955.  S Zoning. Tenant Fit-Out Permit and Associated Parking Plan to provide for a change of use from a ca. 1950 gas station to a restaurant use. CN Zoning. CD 8.

App. 2019-18402: 459 Morehouse Drive. (East side of Morehouse Drive, north of the intersection with Bizarre Drive.) (TP 10-010.20-095.) New Castle Hundred. Demolition permit of a single-family dwelling within the Dunleith Neighborhood determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places as an Historic District. NC5 Zoning. CD 10.
