West side of Philadelphia Pike, approx. 728 feet north of the intersection with W Delaware Avenue. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan to combine tax parcels 06-095.00-582 and 06-095.00-588 and construct 100,862 square feet of storage space with associated site improvements. CR and HT Zoning.
