App. 2020-0176-Z. North side of South Cherry Lane, north east side of the intersection of Uniqema Boulevard and Cherry Lane. The purpose of this County-initiated rezoning is to change the zoning of parcel 10-015.00-021 as well as the west-most 4.185 acres of parcel 10-015.00-022 from HI (Heavy Industrial) to I (Industrial). Ord. 21-007 will rezone 6.178 acres from HI to I and amend the 2012 Comprehensive Development Plan consistent therewith HI to I Zoning. CD 10. St. Georges Hundred. App. 2020-0428-S. East side of Summit Bridge Road, north side of Beaston Road. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan and PLUS review for Summit Campus proposes to construct an early childhood learning center, elementary school, middle school, high school, athletic fields and parking with a total gross site building area of 559,630 S.F. S Zoning. CD 12. St. Georges Hundred. (T.P. 13-007.00-016)
App. 2020-0533-S. Southwest side of Forge Drive along Marrows Road. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan and PLUS review for Forge Drive Self-Storage proposes to construct a self-storage facility including 109,853 sf of self-storage space and an 800 sf office and retail display area, and associated improvements. I Zoning. CD 5. White Clay Creek Hundred. (T.P. 09-021.00-014)
App. 2019-0766-T (Ord. 19-108). Ordinance 19-108 is a text amendment to amend New Castle County Code Chapter 40 (“Unified Development Code”), Article 22 ("drainage, utilities, septic systems, parking, loading, and lighting"), regarding on-site wastewater treatment (septic) systems.
Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals.
