Northeast side of Taylor’s Bridge Road, approximately 1,700 feet south of the intersection with Thomas Landing Road. Revision to zoning map to rezone 12.44+ acres from NC40 (Neighborhood Conservation) to S (Suburban). NC40 Zoning. CD 12.
App. 2023-0112-S: First State Crossing. (TP 06-048.00-041). Brandywine Hundred. South side of Naamans Road, 1,300 feet west of Hickman Road. Major land development plan proposing to construct 300,112 square feet of warehouse space. I Zoning. CD 8.
App. 2022-0808-T: Ordinance 22-135. Proposed moratorium on warehouses 150,000 square feet or more. Sponsor: Councilman Carter (CD 6)
