Gilliam, Jr. Building, 67 Reads Way. The hearing will also be live streamed on the Zoom platform, however the Planning Board will not be taking public testimony via Zoom.  Anyone wishing to comment on the Comprehensive Development Plan can do so in person (at the hearing) or by e-mail to the Department of Land Use.

Youth Planning Board – Annual Recommendations 

App. 2022-0095-T. *Draft New Castle County 2022 Comprehensive Plan Update.  Ord. 22-024 will amend New Castle County Code Chapter 28 (“Planning”) and Chapter 40 (“Unified Development Code or UDC”) regarding comprehensive planning.  The purpose of this amendment is to update the New Castle County Comprehensive Development Plan as required by the State of Delaware Quality of Life Act.

Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals. Time limitations will be imposed on speakers.
