The CLAYMONT DESIGN REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Claymont Public Library, 400 Lenape Way, to review the following land use applications: 

• 3701 Philadelphia Pike (TP #06-072.00-008) – Darley House – review of a Parking Plan  to provide two additional parking spaces to support the renovation of the second and third floors of the Darley House for adaptive reuse as office space. (App. 2023-0156-S).
