Major Land Development Plan to construct an open space subdivision with 11 single-family lots. SE Zoning. CD 2.  

App. 2021-0317-S / Ord. 22-088: Royal Farms Store #369. (TPs 10-034.00-012, 10-034.00-097, and 10-034.00-097.) New Castle Hundred. South side of School Bell Road north side of Pulaski Highway. Minor land development plan with rezoning to rezone 0.821 acres from NC6.5 (Neighborhood Conservation) to CR (Commercial Regional) to permit the construction of a 4,649 s.f. retail building with gas pumps. NC6.5 and CR Zoning. CD 7.
