SAFSTOR Real Estate Co requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variance from Table 40.10.010 of the Unified Development Code to disturb 3.22 acres (100%) of a WRPA Class C Wellhead (50% protection level). In addition, the Applicant requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Department of Land Use under Section 40.10.160.B of the Unified Development Code to allow an impervious surface ratio of 45% within a WRPA Class C Wellhead (Environmental Impact Assessment and RPATAC recommendation required to exceed 20% impervious surface ratio).
