The CLAYMONT DESIGN REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE will meet on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Claymont Public Library, 400 Lenape Way, to review the following land use applications: 

• 2105 Philadelphia Pike (TP #06-095.00-485 & 06-095.00-582) – Claymont Self Storage – review of a Major Land Development Plan proposing a three-story 100,862-sf addition to an existing self-storage building, related site improvements, and associated variance requests (App. 2022-0475-S).
