Rockwood Park & Museum is beginning yoga sessions for children and families with instructor MaryAnne Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered, and active. Kids can practice with a guardian present or the entire family can practice together. Locations within Rockwood structures may vary. Bring a mat, towel, water, and blocks if desired. All ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Masks required.
