What could be better than a flow yoga practice followed by a glass of wine? Rockwood’s latest addition to its yoga offerings pairs your favorite pastimes into the beginning of a terrific weekend. Let go of the work-week stress with this double layer of mindfulness and relaxation. Please bring a mat and/or towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 21+. Masks required.
