During the summer season, Rockwood’s Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will start take place outdoors.
During the summer season, Rockwood’s Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will start to take place outdoors. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation in the garden spaces surrounding the historic mansion and learn the art of Flow Yoga. The program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 16-Adults.
