Beginning this Spring, the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in partnership with community organizations throughout the state, will be hosting Walk+Roll community-based physical activity clubs.
Beginning this Spring, the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in partnership with community organizations throughout the state, will be hosting Walk+Roll community-based physical activity clubs. Led by Walk+Roll Leaders who are CPR-certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down. Join us this Spring to walk and roll into better health! Site is wheelchair and stroller accessible.Join us on the porch of the Frazer House at Glasgow Park for a walk around the trail.
