The New Castle County Police have charged Shannon Taylor, 41, from the 400 block of Greenhill Avenue in Wilmington and Jennifer Faville, 40, from the 700 block of Southwood Road in Hockessin with theft and other related offenses after police learned they stole items from a home they were hired to clean.
