The last of five regional community meetings being held by New Castle County Government is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight (Wednesday) at Talleyville Fire Company in Brandywine Hundred.
County Executive Tom Gordon directed the New Castle County Department of Public Safety and the Office of Community Governing to hold regional community meetings that discussed the County’s predictive policing, storm preparation, code enforcement and constituent services.
Civic groups, maintenance corporations, and individuals are invited to attend this meeting to learn about valuable governmental functions and services.
Various officials from the NCCDE Department of Public Safety, the Department of Land Use, the Office of Emergency Management and the Office of Community Governing are scheduled to give presentations.
Prior meetings were held in the Hockessin, Bear-Glasgow, New Castle, and Middletown-Odessa-Townsend areas.
