The Department of Land Use for New Castle County Government has scheduled a Public Meeting for the next phase of identifying and instituting necessary changes to the UDC. The purpose of this meeting is to review ideas regarding Phase III concepts being considered in the Unified Development Code (UDC) Update. We will be discussing Process and Site Design Standards. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday September 14, 2016 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Christiana Fire House which is located at 2 East Main Street in Christiana, DE.
