New Castle County Executive Tom Gordon has granted Director of Public Safety Joe Bryant’s request to postpone the regional community meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22 in the Brandywine Town Center due to the weather forecast.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, N.J. has forecast snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches on Tuesday with a high of 29, and blustery winds with a high near 16 degrees on Wednesday, with wind chill values as low as -10 degrees.
Please note that Mon, Jan. 27 was the snow make-up date for these meeting dates all along. The fifth and last meeting is scheduled to be held at the NCC Public Safety Building in the Community Room, 3601 N. DuPont Highway (Route 13), New Castle, DE 19720.
