In our continuing effort to provide the most up-to-date and user-friendly service to our customers, the Engineering Section of the Department of Land Use has updated the Grading Plan checklist for immediate use, and is available at http://www.nccde.org/355/Engineering-Review.
Please note that only checklists currently available on the county website will be accepted for review. Also, plans not bearing a clear area for approval on the right center of each page will not be accepted.
