New Castle County Police have arrested Connor Lemon, a 21-year-old male from the 900 block of Sugar Pine Drive in Bear, DE. He has been charged with burglary and other related offenses after detectives linked him to burglaries in the Hickory Woods and Caravel Farms communities.
