The Department of Land Use will hold a thirty (30) day public comment period on proposed revisions to the Appendix of Chapter 6, Building Code, of the New Castle County Code. Appendix 3 of Chapter 6 of the New Castle County establishes Standard Valuation Procedures and Policies. Pursuant to this procedure, a new Building Valuation Data sheet and Single Family Dwelling valuation sheet are proposed.
