Land Use - Route 202 Corridor Area Study

Posted on: November 6, 2019

[ARCHIVED] Concord Pike (US 202) Corridor Master Plan Public Workshop #3

Join us at Brandywine High School on Thursday, December 5, starting at 6pm for the 3rd public Visioning Workshop and help shape the future of the US Route 202 Corridor (Concord Pike).

New Castle County Department of Land Use, DelDOT, and WILMAPCO have undertaken a study to develop a Master Plan for the Concord Pike (US 202) Corridor, encompassing an area between the City of Wilmington and the Pennsylvania state line. The Master Plan will provide a 20-year vision that identifies cohesive land use and transportation strategies to ensure that Concord Pike will continue to be a safe, accessible, and economically thriving place for all.

This workshop will include updates to ongoing traffic & land use analysis and a review of efforts to address bicycle/pedestrian and transit needs along the corridor.  We need your feedback!
