The Register of Wills Office is happy to announce its new office hours at the Newark Free Library located at 750 Library Avenue, Newark, DE 19711 (next to the Newark HS) beginning on September 8, 2021, every second Wednesday of the month from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. All services during the evening hours will be appointment only.
