New Castle County’s eServices online application and plan review system upgrade has been completed and is ready for use. If you have a shortcut, please make sure you update the URL to https://Eplans.nccde.org or access it directly from the eServices webpage.
IMPORTANT! All users must also clear their browser's cache and cookies for proper functionality of eServices V9.2.
