The New Castle County Police are currently investigating the assault of a 26-year-old man that was recorded and posted to social media. Officers have arrested a 13-year-old male from the unit block of Winchester Court (Pride Courts Apartments) in Newark and a 14-year-old male from the unit block of Kollman Drive (Brookside Park) also in Newark, Delaware. They have both been charged with the assault of the victim seen in the video posted to social media sites.
