Posted on: October 20, 2014[ARCHIVED] New Castle County Police Investigate Assault of Pregnant Woman
NCCPD have arrested Fernando Flores, a 24-year-old male from the 800 block of Samantha Circle in Bear. He has been charged with assault after NCC Paramedics responded to the home in Waterford Trailer Park to find an unconscious pregnant victim.
