Thomas Fergusen, 22, of the 2900 block of West 3rd Street in Wilmington has died as a result of the injuries he sustained from the shooting that occurred yesterday evening in the community of Cedar Heights. The New Castle County Police learned Thomas Fergusen was pronounced deceased at 11:01 p.m. at the Christiana Hospital.
