New Castle County Government is operating at a two-hour delay today (Monday, March 2) due to the inclement, icy, winter? weather.
The NCC Government Center normally opens at 8 a.m. so it will open at 10 a.m. today. County workers who work earlier shifts, such as those that come in at 7 o'clock in the morning, are asked to come in two-hours later than they normally do.
Please exercise an abundance of caution when driving as there are icy conditions due to the inclement, winter weather. Thank you.
