An investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs and acts of violence in New Castle County led to the arrest of forty-two men and women in New Castle County. This endeavor would not have been a success without the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Marshals Office, the Delaware State Police, the Maryland State Police, the Wilmington Police Department, and the Delaware Department of Corrections Probation, and Parole.
