Posted on: July 1, 2015[ARCHIVED] NCCPD Arrests One and Seek Another in Theft from Fitness Center
On June 30th New Castle County Police arrested 44 year old Cindy Hughes of Elkton, MD and are currently searching for 26 year old Stephen Shmel in regards to a theft from a local fitness center.
