Posted on: September 8, 2015[ARCHIVED] NCCPD Arrests Two and Recovers Four Bicycles in Burglary Investigation
New Castle County Police arrested two juveniles for burglary and theft and are seeking information on two other suspects that were involved. Police are also seeking the owners of four bicycles recovered during the apprehension.
