    Four 2-hour virtual classes. Learn fundamental painting techniques and create a painting from still life, landscapes or colorful abstraction. Explore safe practices and technique for painting with oil. Students will receive a list of materials they are asked to purchase on their own prior to the start of class. Zoom meeting invitation and material list will be sent out after registration. Ages: 16+

  1. Elves Ornament Workshop: Birds of a Feather at Rockwood

    November 21, 2020, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM @ Rockwood Park & Museum

    Help create a variety of natural bird houses and other ornaments to celebrate and feed our fine feathered friends at Rockwood. Bring your own tools including scissors, hot glue gun and garden clippers or wire cutters. In addition to creating ornaments for the tree at Rockwood, you will make an ornament to take home to feed the birds in their own back yard. This is an outdoor activity and is weather permitting. Tour limited to 10 people. Social distancing will be in practice during the tour. Face masks required. COVID screening form and temperature checks will be completed by Rockwood staff. Tickets $3 NCC Residents, $6 out-of-county residents. Ages 6- Adult
