    Outdoor exercise with instructor Mary Ann Quinn Hendrix. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation at Rockwood Park and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday beginning May 4.     Participants will choose a scene from the beautiful grounds of Rockwood or an object that is chosen by the instructor and learn the technique of watercolor painting. Objective is to combine color, art and nature. No experience required. Program is for adults 16 and up. Please bring water, a chair or blanket to use during the program.
