This class will center on learning about the works of famous artists and recreating or reinterpreting those works all while exploring different art materials. It is a low impact form of exercise, so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all levels of fitness. A floor mat is not needed for this class.     Outdoor Flow Yoga with instructor Mary Ann Quinn Hendrix. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation at Rockwood Park and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am.
