    Rockwood Museum

In June, celebrate the Summer Solstice, when daylight lasts longest, with Rockwood’s Poet-in-Residence, David P. Kozinski. He will read and discuss poems that touch on the subjects of light and the multiple uses of the word, by greats such as Emily Dickinson, Dylan Thomas, and Denise Levertov, as well as some of his own work. Then, in July, Kozinski and a guest poet will read poems from books that make great summer reading – light-hearted and thought-provoking, serious and silly – by poets whose names are well known and some that visitors might be meeting for the first time.
