Watercolors in the Conservatory at Rockwood

Participants of all backgrounds and abilities will work in graphite and watercolor inside Rockwood Museum’s famed interior galleries to draw inspiration from the important architectural features, vibrant decorations, views into the astounding gardens, and unforgettable art collections to compose their own watercolor paintings. All experience levels are welcome. Ages 14+

Thursday PM Yoga Meditation

Starting in the New year, Rockwood will start offering a weekday evening yoga practice that emphasizes conscious breathing techniques and gentle movement. During the winter months, YOGA MEDITATION with instructor Mia Muratori will take place inside the museum. Find space in your day for a healthy presence of mind. The program is offered every Thursday at 5:30 PM. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 16-Adults. Treasure Tots at Rockwood Park

Come and enjoy all the different treasures of Rockwood! Treasure Tots is an informal class for toddlers to explore the most popular themes of this unique park and museum. Always changing, this program will celebrate kids’ literature, costume, gardening, animals, architecture, the arts and much more. All materials are included. Rain or Shine event.
