This is Rockwood’s classic Paranormal Program to investigate the mansion from the unfinished attic to the decayed basement through the highly polished living spaces in between. Guests will be instructed how to use sophisticated paranormal equipment to be central to the investigation. Visiting investigators will learn how instrument results relate to those who may have once lived or worked at Rockwood. Attendees must be able to traverse many stairs throughout the museum. Ages 14+.

At night, Rockwood changes from the garden pleasure villa of the day into a romantic stage for glimmering surfaces and sumptuous textures. Despite the modern conveniences with which the mansion was built, including bright gas-powered lighting, the families that lived there often preferred the soft drama of candlelight. This tour allows visitors to experience the museum’s interiors in the way they were intended. All ages. Masks required.

Movers & Shakers, is a music & movement class that is fun, lively and educational too! It is an opportunity for children and their caregiver to be introduced to songs & lyrics, rhythms & rhymes, & other fun games & activities too. We will sing, dance, explore colorful, musical instruments of all kinds, reach for bubbles & scarves soaring through the air, and much more!! Class is designed for children ages 10mo - 5yrs of age and a caregiver Must register online in advance
