Ten 2-hour classes. Explore the many ways of creating art and functional pieces with fabric and other fibers! Make hand dyed silk scarves using different dying methods, framed silk paintings, small weavings, and learn different ways to felt wool. Open to all levels. Additional $70 material fee due to instructor. Ages 18+

Learn hand-building, throwing on the potter’s wheel and glazing. All levels. Additional $60 material fee. Clay is not included in the class cost or material fee and is available for purchase from the studio. Tools may also be purchased in class at an additional cost. Ages 18+? PLEASE NOTE CHANGES FOR WINTER SESSION: There will ONLY BE LOW FIRING AVAILABLE. Due to outdoor construction, we will not have the ability to high fire or raku fire this session. The studio will be closed on Mondays.

One 3-hour session. Open Studio for beginning and experienced weavers to work on floor looms. Table top looms also available. If new to the Weaving Studio, please call (302) 995-7661 before registration to ensure there is a loom available. Ages 18+

Group fitness workout

During the winter season, Rockwood’s Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will take place inside the museum. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow Yoga. Program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 16-Adults.
